Terms and Conditions for Keys O'Callaghan Locksmiths
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Keys O'Callaghan Locksmiths website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
Keys O'Callaghan Locksmiths provides a range of locksmith services, including but not limited to:

Automotive locksmith services, including key cutting and programming

Emergency lockout assistance

3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3 We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice. Any price changes will not affect services already booked.
4. Delivery of Goods and Services
4.1 Delivery of goods and/or services will take place when the customer takes possession of the goods and/or services at their nominated address or when services are rendered on-site.
4.2 The customer is responsible for making arrangements to take delivery of goods and/or services whenever they are tendered.
4.3 In the event the customer is unable to take delivery, we may charge a reasonable fee for redelivery.
4.4 Delivery to a third party designated by the customer is considered delivery to the customer for the purposes of this agreement.
5. Warranties and Liabilities
5.1 The customer must inspect goods and/or services upon delivery and notify Keys O'Callaghan Locksmiths of any alleged defects within seven (7) days.
5.2 If the customer fails to notify us within this period, the goods and/or services are presumed to be free from defects.
5.3 Our liability for defective goods and/or services is limited to either replacing or repairing them at our discretion.
5.4 Nothing in these terms shall limit any statutory rights the customer may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Customer Responsibilities
6.1 The customer agrees to:

Obtain and pay for all necessary approvals, consents, or permits prior to the commencement of services.

Provide clear access to the worksite, including necessary utilities, to allow us to complete the service.

Follow all instructions regarding the use and maintenance of the goods and/or services.
7. Ownership of Goods
7.1 Ownership of goods remains with Keys O'Callaghan Locksmiths until full payment is received.
7.2 The customer must not sell, dispose of, or otherwise part with possession of the goods until ownership has passed.
8. Returns and Refunds
8.1 Returns will only be accepted if the customer has complied with the notification provisions regarding defects and the goods are returned in their original condition within a reasonable timeframe.
8.2 We reserve the right to charge handling fees for non-defective goods returned.
9. Privacy Policy

10. Changes to Terms
Keys O'Callaghan Locksmiths reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
